PicToList ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Flippy SMS resale assistant at pictolist.com and via (213) 444-7151. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.

By using our service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate the service:

• Your phone number — to send and receive SMS messages
• Photos you send — processed by our AI to identify items and generate listings. Photos are not stored permanently after processing.
• Message content — the texts you send us, used to generate responses
• Usage data — how many listings you've generated, which credit tier you're on
• Payment information — if you purchase credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting support.

3. SMS Data & Messaging — Important

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START to (213) 444-7151.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Operate the Flippy SMS listing service
• Process AI item identification, pricing research, and listing generation
• Track your free flip usage and paid credits
• Process payments through Stripe
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the accuracy of our AI over time using anonymized, aggregated data

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell your data, and we do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 5.

5. When We Share Data

We share data only with the service providers that power our product:

• Twilio — SMS delivery. Subject to Twilio's privacy policy.
• OpenAI — AI image analysis and listing generation. Images and prompts are sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
• Tavily — Web research for pricing data. Search queries are sent to Tavily's API.
• Stripe — Payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.

We do not share your phone number, photos, or message content with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your phone number and usage data for as long as your account is active. Photos sent to Flippy are processed in real time and are not stored permanently on our servers after a listing is generated.

If you opt out by replying STOP, your phone number is flagged as opted-out and no further messages will be sent. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@pictolist.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate information

To exercise any of these rights, email support@pictolist.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

PicToList is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at pictolist.com/privacy with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
